Chicken Teriyaki
  • Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Leg Meat (Chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
    • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
    • 1 bunch of Green Onions
    • 2 lbs. White Rice
    • 2 cups Vegetable Stir Fry Mix
  • Recipe
    • Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Stir fry chicken, stirring occasionally until lightly brown.
    • Pour in teriyaki sauce to chicken, stirring until sauce thickens and has a shiny glaze.
    • Set cooked chicken aside and garnish with green onions
    • In another pan, begin cook stir fry vegetables until soft. Add Soy sauce and continue to stir until fully cooked.
    • Serve with cooked white rice.
    • Enjoy!
