- Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Leg Meat (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 bunch of Green Onions
- 2 lbs. White Rice
- 2 cups Vegetable Stir Fry Mix

- Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Stir fry chicken, stirring occasionally until lightly brown.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce to chicken, stirring until sauce thickens and has a shiny glaze.
- Set cooked chicken aside and garnish with green onions
- In another pan, begin cook stir fry vegetables until soft. Add Soy sauce and continue to stir until fully cooked.
- Serve with cooked white rice.
