Ingredients:
- 4 lbs. Shredded Beef
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 48 corn tortillas
- Cooking Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Sour Cream
- 1 Shredded Lettuce
- Guacamole (Optional)
Recipe:
- Heat Pan with cooking oil. Cook Shredded Beef until brown.
- Heat an empty skillet and place tortillas on the pan for 1-2 minutes each side.
- Place Shredded Beef into tortilla and roll the tortilla up.
- Heat Pan with cooking oil and fry the rolled tortillas until brown.
- Top taquitos with shredded cheese and lettuce and serve with Guacamole.
